"Daenerys is my favourite character from Game of Thrones, as well as A Song of Ice and Fire. She's determined, strong willed and compassionate - but she came from a bad background. Much like me, so I identify a lot with her character. I decided to cosplay her in her visit to Qarth, the blue gown she wore was just too pretty not to recreate! This is my first official cosplay (ie. one that was followed by a shoot). I had the opportunity to go to a very Qarth-esque location and shooting was so much fun! I sincerely enjoyed the process of making Daenerys, and I hope to do more Daenerys cosplays in future"
