San Diego Comic Con 2012

San Diego Comic Con 2012 has come and gone and we have photos from our visit! Geek Girls is proud to show you some of our favorite cosplay photos as well as images of the incredible artists, vendors and products we’ve seen on the exhibit hall floor.

Leen Isabel (pictured below as Ada Wong), and her husband Nguyen Dong, shot these photos for us. She attended the event as a vendor, cosplayer and collector! Comic Con is truly a hub where any geeky person can find their niche. Dig through the boxes in the vendors area for comics from the golden age or go complete your action figures collection by haggling with the sellers. Comic book retailers will bring backpacks stuffed with artbooks and comics just to spend the week acquiring missing autographs. Take a stroll through Artist Alley, and you might find comic book legends ready to draw you your favorite superhero! (Leen just had to snap her photo with a few.) You’ll find everything from the wacky Hello Kitty “massager” to paintings priced at $95,000 from great American illustrators like Dean Cornwell. Play upcoming video-games, cosplay in an elaborate costume, wait hours in line to sit inside Hall H... You get the idea.

Comic Con is truly one epic “choose-you-own-adventure” book. ☺
