New 52 Supergirl Cosplay
We received this lovely Supergirl shoot from the beautiful
Cody Kreul! Not only is she the cosplayer she also did the re-touch work on the photos! Here is what she had to say about the shoot...
"We did the shoot at Dallas Comic Con last May and had a lot of fun! Ken is a fantastic photographer- it was actually my friend Natalie Green who suggested I shoot with him that day. After we talked, I told him that I'm actually a photo retoucher and he was kind enough to let me play around with them! The costume was entirely made by me and my friends and it's also the first costume I've hand-made. I absolutely love the New 52 Supergirl costume and couldn't wait to try it out! Superman is my favorite superhero, but being a lady I thought it'd be best to dress up as his cousin, haha. I've been reading comics for a few years now, but have always been into superheroes- of course watching the different animated series of the 90's. I also adore video games and have been playing since I was a wee little lass- my favorite being the Zelda series and Pokemon."
