Rule 63 Kratos Cosplay

ThermoCosplay looks badass cosplaying as her genderbent version of Kratos from God of War! Here's what she had to say...
"After playing God of War: A New Beginning I KNEW I had to do a Rule 63 Kratos. I started with the under skirt. IT's two layers of PU Leather that I sanded to look more worn and added broken strips of dyed vinyl to look like a weathered Spartan skirt. I took pieces of stretch pleather and stitched them in a messy pattern for the over skirt then attached it to a series of belts. This costume was SO MUCH WORK. Much of it had to be hand stitched as my machine could not handle the leather/vinyl.
The axe took about 10 hours to create; the skirts about 8 hours and the paulrdon...ugh, that paulrdron. That took about 6 hours of work. I broke SO MANY NEEDLES, lol. Overall I am very pleased with this costume. Despite the hurdles I faced each obstacle became a welcome challenge. I do believe I will be taking a break from leather work for a while though...my poor hands."
