"Hi! My name is Yuuko and I'm a genderfluid cosplayer from Toronto, Canada. I've loved cosplay ever since I was 12, but have been struggling with it and my gender identity for years. Ever since 2016, I've been a lot more free to express myself and my fandom. Samus Aran is such a great inspiration to me since she's a supreme iron-willed stoic badass with an awesome suit of armor, but is also drop-dead gorgeous underneath that suit and has a sensitive and caring side - her relationship with the baby Metroid in Super Metroid is one of the most touching things I've ever seen in a video game. I've been wanting to cosplay her Zero Suit ever since Super Smash Bros. Brawl came out, and in 2017, my dream came true! So here's my cosplay of Zero Suit Samus."
