"About the costume:
Classic Harley Quinn custom cowl~

New suit, new mask, new cowl, new collar, new shoes~
And I forgot to bring my cuffs to the shoot *facepalms*

Generally about this version: I wanted to do a floppy cowl for my classic Harley from the very beginning, I totally love making different shaped cowls to go with the classic suit, cause classic Harley is always the one to me <3"
