Northern Belle Rogue looks fantastic cosplaying as Jack Frost from Rise of the Guardians! Here's what she had to say...
"As someone who favours both frosty and white haired characters it should come as no surprise that Jack Frost stole my heart. I, like many fans, ship him with Elsa and would love to see what happened if they entered each other's world. It was fun to put together this set in time for the Winter Solstice, even if Jack didn't manage to visit us in Toronto that day. Big thanks to ArtistiCurves for shooting this with me. I look forward to reprising this costume for the Northern Panic Cos-Skate and Clothing Drive on February 27th 2016! "
