Rapunzel from Tangled Cosplay

 

Supereilonwy Cosplay looks beautiful cosplaying as Disney's Rapunzel! Here's what she had to say about it...

"This costume holds a very special place in my heart as it's been a work in progress for the past five or so years. This past summer, I was finally able to revamp it into my ideal vision of this costume. The long wig may just be one of my favorite cosplay items to date, as it's taken a lot of trial and error to finally get it to this point. The base wig is 5ft long with the extensions bringing it to about 9ft long or so. It was pretty heavy carrying around on my head but fortunately, once it got to be much, I snuck out to the car and switched out that wig for the short brunette one, which elicited quite a few humorous reactions from people who had seen me at the con earlier in the day. One of the things I love most about this, though, is that I dyed a small clip-in extension brown and tucked it behind my hair inside the wig so that way I'd have the same small brown lock of hair that Rapunzel has from when she was a baby and Mother Gothel tried to cut her hair. These pictures were taken at Space Coast Comic Con, where I debuted my Rapunzel costume. The scenery at the hotel was just too beautiful to resist doing a small photo-shoot. "
