"Black Canary is one of the first superhero cosplays I ever made, and as much as I love her, her costume always confused me, that was until I donned it for the first time. Then I understood. I had been so worried about the costume about feeling shy in it and exposed, but it was like when I put it on a little bit of Dinah was channeled through the costume and any shyness faded away. The costume made me feel as strong and confident as she is.
It’s so nice to see strong female character, I loved Black Canary when I first started to watch the Justice League and now that I have had a chance to read some comics with her I love her even more. "
