Lara Croft Cosplay

 

It's awesome to see the talented Adam Jay out of the studio, we are huge fans of his photography! The beautiful Jenn Croft reprises her role as the iconic Lara Croft and does an amazing job... again! Here's a few words from Jen on the shoot...

"It was a huge pleasure to be able to work again with Adam Jay of Superhero Photography. This time we wanted to step up our game by venturing outdoors to capture the beauty of nature as well as cosplay in our latest set.

I wanted to show the more sporty side of Lara by getting out there and doing some stunts. Our first shoot took place in an urban setting in the docklands of the city of Melbourne, Australia, which I thought was perfect to show off a bit of Lara Croft's skills with a super sport bike. It was my first time wearing the Lara outfit while actually riding the Honda CBR600 F4i and it took a little bit of getting used to I found that it is a lot harder to ride a motorcycle for a camera and try to look good doing it than it is to just ride a motorcycle in general but in the end we managed to pull it off and get some good shots.

Our second shoot took us about 10 miles outside the city to the beautiful Red Bluff in Sandringham which is a gorgeous cliff looking out over the location. I figured it would be the perfect spot to rig up some climbing ropes and get some cliff hanging shots. I have been wanting to do that pose for a long time and figured it would be a good thing to try on this shoot with Adam. Unfortunately time was not on our side and as the sun was rapidly setting, quickly closing our window for perfect sunset shots, I raced to get the anchor and ropes set up. Luckily we were able to get a good group of shots and accomplish all that we were planning to do.

In addition to getting some great Lara shots, the day ended up being a lot of fun and nothing makes me feel more like Lara than doing things such as riding a motorcycle or hanging from a tall cliff while in her attire. I'm very much looking forward to future adventurous photo shoots with Adam Jay."
