Video Game Burlesque in Vancouver – Pew! Pew!

One of Vancouver’s largest burlesque troupes, The VanDolls present Video Game Burlesque on Friday, February 10th at The Royal Canadian Legion on Commercial Drive.

The VanDolls Burlesque are aiming to capture the hearts of Vancouver gamers with Video Game Burlesque. The event features over a dozen burlesque performances inspired by video games such as Super Mario, Tetris, Portal and other popular games.

“We wanted to do something fun and different to expose the art of burlesque to a crowd that may not normally see burlesque. Plus we love video games!” said Rufflesilkskin, member of The VanDolls.

Aside from the sexy and geeky burlesque numbers being performed on stage, there will be plenty of video game fun off stage. There will be vintage video game consoles for guests to play, a video game costume contest, video game themed food and drink and more.

Video Game Burlesque is The VanDolls largest and most ambitious burlesque event to date. Tickets for the event can be found on www.clubZone.com.
