"Hi I am Theresa Vann-Stribling a Sacramento Costumer and
For my costuming page Monarch Creations I decided to create a series of Victorian Batman Villains. Harley was the first. I brought in two photographers Stacy J. Garrett and Amir Sharafeh as well as a young new makeup artist Ashley Elizabeth Makeup Artistry. This team was completed by the more then lovely Breanna Reilly who brought in just the right amount of cute and sexy that Harley Quinn needs.
